Dr. Noriyuki Fujima

Dr. Noriyuki Fujima is an Associate Professor in the Department of Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology at Hokkaido University Hospital, Japan. He specializes in head and neck imaging, with a particular focus on MRI and artificial intelligence–related technologies. His main research interests include functional imaging techniques for head and neck cancer, such as advanced diffusion-weighted imaging, including IVIM, DKI, and cell size imaging approaches such as the IMPULSED model, as well as perfusion imaging, including arterial spin labeling. He is also actively involved in research on the application of artificial intelligence to head and neck radiology, including deep learning–based image reconstruction and diagnostic model development.
