Guidelines for Abstract Submission

1. Authors must submit their abstract in the Abstract Submission Portal in the APSHNR Website – www.apshnr.org 
2. All abstracts must be submitted via the Abstract Submission Portal by 30 March 2026.
3. Submissions via email or other formats will not be accepted.
4. Submission categories include
   • Scientific Oral Presentation
   • E-Posters
     1. Scientific Exhibit
     2. Educational Exhibit
5. The scientific oral presentations should be original studies done by presenter and in the format below
   1. Title of the Paper.
   2. Author
   3. Affiliation (Institution to which the author is attached)
   4. Aim
   5. Materials and Methods
   6. Results
   7. Conclusion
6. E-Poster Submission

Scientific exhibits : 
The abstract should be submitted online in the same format as that of oral scientific paper presentations (please see above).

Educational exhibits : This category will include presentations which highlight the spectrum of imaging findings in a disease entity, review radiological signs, radiological-pathological correlation or describe a radiological procedure.

The abstract for educational exhibit should be submitted online in the following format :

1. 1. Title of the Paper.
   2. Author
   3. Affiliation (Institution to which the author is attached)
   4. Aim
   5. Materials and Methods
   6. Results
   7. Conclusion

7. Abstracts and presentations must be written in English.

8. The abstract body is limited to 300 words, excluding the title, author names, and institutional affiliations.

9. Please do not include tables, graphs, or images in your abstract.

10. Upon submission, abstract number and acknowledgement will be displayed, kindly note the same. For all further correspondence mention your abstract number and send email to abstracts@apshnr.org

11. Scientific oral presentations which are unsuccessful may be offered the opportunity to convert to electronic poster.

12. A maximum of ten (10) authors per abstract is accepted; any authors listed beyond this limit will be removed.

13. Abstracts should not have been previously published or submitted to other conferences or publications unless significant additional data has been added or revision has been made.

14. Accepted abstract for scientific oral presentations will require the presenter to attend and register for the meeting.

15. Accepted electronic posters will require any one of the authors to register for the meeting.

16. All of those who have been accepted will be offered the early bird rate until 25th April.

TIMELINES

• • Abstract Submission opens: 15^th February, 2026
  • Last date of abstract submission for Scientific Paper/ E-Poster: 30^th March, 2026
  • Acceptance notification date: 15^th April, 2026
  • Last date for registration in case of acceptance: 25th April 2026.
  • Last date for uploading the e-poster on the website: 15th May 2026.
  • The schedule for the paper presentation will be communicated to each participant individually and posted on the website by 15^th May 2026
